Acceptance
By creating an account or using Connect you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Connect for an organization, you confirm you may act for it.
The service
Connect is software for coordinating events, guests, travel, team members and documents. It is provided to organizations of every kind.
Accounts and administrators
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators can view and manage the content in their workspace, including information about guests and team members, and manage who has access. Keep your information accurate and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plans and limits
- Starter is free and includes all core functionality, with 1 workspace, 1 administrator including the owner, 25 archived events and 100 MB of document storage.
- Professional is USD $19 per month. It removes those Connect-imposed limits, with storage subject to what the underlying storage provider actually allows, and adds custom branding and manually handled priority support.
- The primary workspace owner manages Professional subscriptions through hosted Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal. One subscription covers the primary workspace and explicitly related workspaces. Billing currently remains in Test Mode; live charges are not enabled. We make no commitment about refunds beyond what we agree in writing or the law requires.
- If a workspace is over a limit, existing records and logos are preserved. The limit applies to adding new items.
- Features described as planned, including templates, saved lists, advanced exports and advanced reports, are not available and are not promised for any date. Event duplication is an existing Professional feature.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into Connect. You give us permission to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including information about other people.
Sensitive information
Guests may provide health, dietary and travel information. Organizers must collect only what they need, tell people why, limit access and handle it lawfully. Connect is not a medical record system and is not designed for payment cards or government identification. Do not store those in Connect.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or violate others rights.
- Do not send spam or invitations to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the service, or upload malware.
- Do not use the service to harass or endanger people.
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules.
Private links
Invitation, form and packet links work as access tokens. Anyone holding a link may be able to use it. Share them only with intended recipients. You are responsible for links you share.
SMS Terms
When SMS messaging is enabled, users who explicitly opt in may receive SMS messages from Kingdom Connect for event invitations, event reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, volunteer coordination and other event-related information sent through the organizations and events they participate in.
SMS participation is optional. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms of Service does not by itself constitute SMS consent, and SMS consent is not required to create or use an account.
Organizer-recorded prior consent. An organizer may first text a guest, driver, host or volunteer without that person having a Connect account, but only if the recipient already agreed to receive Connect invitation, request and event texts from that organizer. The organizer confirms this permission by checking the SMS permission box. Connect records that confirmation, the organizer, the number and the time; no permission-source note is required. Entering a phone number is not consent. A recorded permission never overrides a STOP reply or an existing account opt-out or withdrawal.
The first text may identify the organizer and the event or events, including date and time, include details of the request, and include the exact link that appears in the email. SMS is sent in addition to, and independently of, the email. Delivery is subject to recorded consent and SMS availability and is not guaranteed.

- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You can also withdraw SMS consent through your account settings.

Third-party services
Connect depends on third-party services including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage and Resend for email delivery. Their outages or limits can affect Connect, and email delivery depends on recipient mail systems.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Connect available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not offer a service level agreement. We may change features. Keep your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Disclaimers
Connect is provided as is and as available, to the extent the law permits. We do not hold, and do not claim, any enterprise security certification or compliance attestation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kingdom Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of Connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You may stop using Connect at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or others.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The version label above will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
